Return & Refund Policy

The rights described in this policy are in addition to the statutory rights to which you may be entitled under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item and need to return it, we’re here to help. In that event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

 

Before you return your item, please contact us at wood@designerhardwood.com.au so we can discuss your concerns and identify the best solution.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Return Shipping cost

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
